There is an exchange only policy on all belts purchased. You can exchange for a smaller or larger belt if the original size belt was incorrect. If you decide once you receive a belt that you wish to exchange for another design you can do so as long as the belt is unworn and the swing tags are still attached. If for any other reason you are not happy with your belt and it is unworn return it within 7 days in the same condition that it was delivered to you and your payment will be refunded less carriage charges
Please contact us to receive a goods returned number before returning your belt. All belts are examined prior to leaving our depot; there will be no exchange on damaged products, goods with missing rhinestones or scratched buckles. All belts being returned must be in their original packing and you will need to obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) as we are not responsible for goods lost whilst in transit from customers.
